Door Kickers is a real-time strategy game where players must lead a SWAT team in high-intensity encounters to neutralize threats and rescue hostages. The gameplay is easy to learn but difficult to master, allowing players to pause at any time to issue orders to their units. Orders are given by dragging the mouse to move units and right-clicking to assign actions. Shooting is automatic when enemies are in sight. Once the pause is lifted, units will execute the orders. Success means taking down suspects, but failure requires starting over. The alpha version features multiple missions in various locations, while the full version offers a story mode. Door Kickers blends strategy and action, reminiscent of the SWAT series and Frozen Synapse, providing a unique gaming experience.
